Villages Phase 2

The second phase of a multifamily affordable housing development at 890 NW 69th Street in Miami’s Liberty City neighborhood, developed by New Urban Development — an affiliate of the Urban League of Greater Miami. Phase 2 added 120 residential units across a mid-rise structure, comprising 16 one-bedroom, 72 two-bedroom, and 32 three-bedroom units ranging from 750 to 1,150 SF. This project was subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.
