A landmark $1 billion, 2.8 million SF mixed-use development at 4803 S. State Road 7 — the largest multifamily project in Davie’s history. The master plan comprises five residential towers ranging from 21 to 24 stories, yielding 1,292 luxury rental units spanning 589 to 1,460 SF each, alongside 36,000 SF of retail and 1.1 million SF of structured parking.
