A large-scale mixed-use development totaling over 812,000 SF on a 3.3-acre site in West Palm Beach’s Northwood district. The project consists of three multifamily buildings — one 9-story and two 4-story structures — delivering 382 apartment units alongside 65,490 SF of ground-floor retail and a 218,240 SF parking structure.
