Designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa and developed by Kolter Multifamily, a division of Kolter Group, the project will deliver 336 apartment units and a 7-story parking garage to one of the city’s most active growth corridors. KAST Construction serves as the general contractor. Rising 12 Stories on a 3.3-acre site, Altis Grand Bay will encompass more than 605,000 square feet of space and provide 487 parking spaces.
