Sundy Village Phase 1

A 7-acre, 129,000 SF Class A+ mixed-use campus at 22 W. Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, developed by Pebb Capital and designed by Gensler. Phase 1 delivered 100,000 SF of premium office space and 30,000 SF of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, incorporating multiple historic structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places. PPI provided full interior and exterior painting across the campus buildings.
