A $30 million, 58,775 SF two-story civic facility project involving partial demolition of the original 1983 structure and full ground-up replacement of 43,000+ SF. Designed by OLC (Ohlson Lavoie Corporation) for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, the modernized community center includes a gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, administrative offices, and expanded amenity spaces.
